The Project
The Boulevard, a condo building in Saanich, needed a full grounds landscaping to match a residential development of its scale — extensive lawn, tree and shrub planting, a paving stone courtyard, and raised garden beds for residents to enjoy.
The Process
We installed a large-scale lawn across the property grounds, along with trees and shrubs to establish the site's landscaping. A paving stone courtyard was built as a central gathering space, and raised garden beds were added to give the property a polished, resident-friendly finishing touch.
The Result
A fully landscaped condo property with established lawn and greenery, a paving stone courtyard for residents to gather in, and raised garden beds adding a well-tended, community feel to the grounds.
