Medana St, James Bay, Victoria, BC

Complete Property Landscaping - Medana St.

The Project

This James Bay home on Medana St got a full property makeover, front and back — a new driveway, sidewalks, patio, wallscape retaining blocks, and complete soft landscaping to tie it all together.

The Process

We installed a full paver driveway and matching sidewalks, along with a paver patio finished with built-in steps. Wallscape blocks were used to build clean, raised planting bed borders, and the property was finished with fresh sod and new planting throughout.

The Result

A fully transformed property — hardscaping and softscaping working together for a finished, cohesive look the owners are thrilled with.

  • Paver driveway and matching sidewalks

  • Paver patio with built-in steps

  • Wallscape block retaining borders for planting beds

  • Full soft landscaping with new sod and plantings

Paver driveways handle freeze-thaw cycles better than poured concrete — each paver flexes slightly instead of cracking as a single slab.
