Green Roofs at "The Railyards"

The Project

At the Rail Yards development in Vic West, our crew installed a green roof system on the condo development's awning roofs — a distinctive feature bringing living roofing to a part of the building most people wouldn't expect greenery on.

The Process

We installed sedum planting trays across each awning roof section, framed by a river rock border for drainage and a clean finished edge. The work was completed one awning section at a time across the property, giving each unit its own green roof feature.

The Result

A striking, low-maintenance green roof feature across the Rail Yards development — one of our favourite project types, and a standout example of sustainable landscaping applied to unconventional spaces.

We love working on unique projects like this!
