The Project
The Rail Yards is a contemporary master-planned waterfront community on Victoria's upper inner harbour, centrally located in the Vic West neighbourhood and known for its bright, modern, award-winning buildings and enduring streetscapes. Victoria Landscaping completed the site landscaping alongside brick paver sidewalks, concrete paving stone patios for each unit, and an Allan Block retaining wall running along the back of the units — working directly with Campbell Construction.
The Process
We installed brick pavers for the development's streetscapes and sidewalks and concrete paving stones for the individual unit patios, giving each area a distinct, durable finish suited to the development's modern aesthetic. Along the back of the units, we built an Allan Block retaining wall to manage the grade change and define the property line, paired with full landscaping across the site.
The Result
A fully landscaped waterfront community with durable brick streetscapes, concrete paver patios for each unit, and a clean Allan Block retaining wall — completed to Campbell Construction's satisfaction.
